i made a whitdraw from an exchange and i' ve the transaction whit medium priority, the quiestion is...if the transaction for x reasons it doesnt get confirmed, will the bitcoins return to my account? If it did not refund you, then you should contact support. If they did not refund you, then they are most probably a scam.
