 The budget is fixed. I would like to pay to someone who can make me a logo and background for my website https://aleatorium.github.io/ , the background could be something you find online or something you make it doesn't matter but it should fit the website.

 The main idea is that  , aleatorium means casino in ancient rome (well more like place where people play dice) so it should have ancient rome theme.

At that rate its best you look to Fiverr rather than use the professionals here.

 Or maybe someone there could also be here? Not everyone lives in USA or Uk , there are some countries where 0.04 btc is a decent offer , the beauty of bitcoin is that its global :)

 The contest is halted . Everyone that contributed so far is subpar , I have decided to gather more funds to try this again somewhere else like 99designs. For 0.04 , I would have guessed such low quality work.

No big surprise, for $10 you won't get any better logos. Next time when you post a logo contest send the btc amount to an escrow if you want to get more entries.

99design will cost you way more than what you offered here now. Lowest price for logo is $299 as far as I know. You can try with 25%&50% of that amount here, as long as its escrowed I'm sure you will get more good entries.

The good designers wont wasting their time to make a perfect design for just 0.04 imo. No offense, but you have to spend much to get better design. You're actually lucky that there were few user who have free time to make it for you. Anyway, good luck  ;)
