I'm not going to sell, I'm going back the truck up and buy some more! It's going to be a great buying opportunity to get the really solid companies (e.g., Caterpillar) for very cheap, which doesn't happen very often! To deploy into promises from brokers that they both hold and will act on promises from DTCC that they in turn hold and won't sell on reserve tokens from "solid companies" (e.g. Caterpillar). As for investing wise, I just keep my funds with my ameritrade account since its giving me interest just keeping it there. I only do like 1 or 2 trades out of a week btw. I get PTSD thinking about 2008...but waiting until the market drops and selling probably isn't the greatest strategy :) Why not sell now and buy back lower if you think it's going to drop? You have a good point, traditional stocks are run by bots (Mainly), and if there's a large enough dip, it could easily turn into a shitshow.Bitcoin, in my opinion, should be a good store of value for a fairly long time, but there are no guarantees it will survive, however there is still a low risk of that happening. Should stocks crash again, would it be a good time to try and convince others to purchase Bitcoin? |
