Well they're not done by him personally but I think some get auto-locked by the forum after the hack if suspicious activity is noticed as a precaution.

Sent 2 emails, pm'ed and no response. I am on vacation and tried logging in from a different PC and now  my hero account is locked? Why is this? I have been trying since yesterday. Very bad experience!

Being impatient isn't going to do you any favours. Do you think the admins should drop what they're doing or push you to the front of the que? No.

OP I can understand your frustration, I'm one of the worst people going for losing my shit & being impatient. I'm waiting for 2 quotes for a small repair on my car, it's been over 24 hrs & no correspondence yet & it's pissing me off already. But seriously you've emailed admins. I'm pretty sure they will get back to you in good time. I do understand why you're annoyed though. I'd be the same.

I generally only get around to it on weekends.

Well, I too sent an email because one of my account was locked.. Hope it gets fixed soon :)
