We are happy to announce our new game called Coin Hopper. It is a native Android app that is fun to play. When you tap the screen, your frog will hop from one wall to the other. For each Bitcoin that your frog eats while jumping you will receive points. But watch out, if the sliding blocks hit you, you're toast! As with our other games, you are competing with others to achieve the highest score and win up to 0.003 Bitcoin!

Tap to jump from side to side. Try and collect the bitcoins that appear.

Try to delay jumping as long as possible to allow any bitcoins to become visible.

I played coinflapper for a while and because I tought this is a great idea I searched for bitplay.today and found the coinflapper thread. There I saw that you are going to release a new game soon. Then I watched the thread once a day to see if there are updates.
By the way - I think the game speed is changing all the time. Are you testing different speeds?

Game speed increases as you gain more points.

On game restart the speed resets to normal and starts increasing again as you gain points.

I tried to delay tried to jump fast and very fast by keeping finger on the screen and always hit the stones. There must be something I didnt see And I have another problem Two users wanted to challenge me in classic modus But i always get an error that this tournament couldnt be played.

is this app available just for smart phones ?? what about tablets and laptops.

Head to head challenge in classic mode is not possible. Shows error.

Yes mongobongo is right. It was unplayable from beginning on. Now the last game began slower and became faster after second point what would be ok to play.

This problem has been fixed. The challenges were actually for another user (sorry about that).

It seems that game speed doesnt reset to beginning speed after every game. Sometimes it begins slow sometimes it begins fast and unplayable fast.

I think it is because you have not played the pro game 15x as the rule for cash out the giveaway? And the pro game must be completed, means that even though you have played 15x but some of them are not completed yet so you will not able to cash out.

The speed problem has been solved. If you go to the settings screen (click on the gears icon on the main screen), and then click the "?" icon next to software version, you can install the latest version (1.0.1) which fixes this problem.

I found this game much harder than Coin Flapper lol. By the way I don't know if it just me or my touch screen sensitivity but the tap has slow response. Or probably need more practice and just blaming the touch sensitivity lol.

Come on guys. When you play the elite there are players who score 143. Impossible with this short time of training.When you play the normal game the maximum is maybe 35. What a rip off. Scoring 143 is possible, there are always going to be a group of people that are just naturally good at the game. My high score is almost double in  Coin Hopper then it is in Coin Flapper and I have played Coin Flapper a lot more.

Haha so much effort in developing a great game like this and then you cheat your own players. I think this is the wrong business strategy

First of all, it isn't very responsible to accuse us of cheating our own players, which is false. You shouldn't make accusations without any basis. Second of all, I will look into the tournament you are questioning and get back to you on short order.

A couple things:

• I have looked into the tournament where bigjme scored 143. We have extensive systems that analyze a lot of encrypted data on every tournament. He did not cheat and his score is legit.
• We will be adding a feature so that you can select players that you do not want to compete against. I think this will solve your issue, and it should be available very soon.

Well, I am sorry for making accusations without any proof. I will play this game now min. 1 hour a day and then lets see if I get better. I dont think it is a good idea when you add such a feature. If YOU are the cheater it will not defend you from doing so. You can just make new players all the time . And honest players who are better because they played alot will get blocked from all others and will not find enough players. How ever I have to play now.

I also wouldnt accuse any player. And I think it is possible and secure that a player can learn this game in a short time because the principle of this game is not new, also bitcoin flapper. There are many good players. I am just wondering (independent from any player here) about the points discrepance between classic and pro mode. But maybe the good players dont play in classic mode or only try new game play for training or play not so good as they can that classic players also come to pro mode. Or we dont see the hiscores because there are so many players in classic mode. In bitcoin flapper ( I love it) I get better and better and saw that it is easily possible to make over 100 points.
A good feature would be to have rankings for players with hiscores and average scores. That would make fun and I think we will be surprised how many best players are with the games

Current in Coin Flapper you get placed with players of the same skill level based on average score. Currently this is not a very affective feature in Coin Hopper because there is a small amount of users, once the user number increases this will be in place and you will play against people of similar skill.

No I mean a ranking list of all your players. Dont see it in bitcoin flapper. But that would be great

I dont think this is working correctly in coinflapper. I played several pro tournaments where a player named 'therock' made 120 to 270 points and the other 3 players made 5 to 30 points. I dont know the avarage score of therock, but it must be alot higher than my score when he can make so much points.

We have checked this game very very carefully, and it is legit. Right now the game only speeds up to a max of 3X the starting speed. We are going to change that to make it harder as you go.

Thanks for your apology. We are working hard to make a safe service and search out hackers and cheaters very aggressively. You wouldn't believe how much technology has been built to identify hackers with Coin Hopper. Some of it is just getting turned on now, but we did look closely at bigjme's score and he is just very good at the game.

We have asked lots of folks about the block feature, and most would like it so we are going to put it in. Obviously we are not cheating and creating shill accounts as you suggest, otherwise we would be out of business pretty quickly. You can see exactly who we are on our website. We are a venture backed company headed by an entrepreneur who has a very long and impressive resume. I doubt he would be associated with a company that cheats.

I never believe that you cheat because of your great service and generous giveaways. It wouldnt make sense.And I dont believe on players cheating.
A ranking list would maybe bring transparency. I often was surprised on play store rankings, for example for flapper games how many points players can make. And a ranking list would give an additional tournament character. And its thrilling to climb up a few places on ranking. But I dont know if its very difficult to develop this table to an app.

How about a ranking of people who have won the most Bitcoin? Ranking of scores is a bit harder because games like Coin Hopper vary the # of points you can get in a given game so it isn't really apples to apples if you know what I mean.

Also interesting.
And maybe in further updates for flapper a ranking list for average of points? So that one can see how much he must improve to be fit for pro  ;)

HI there, I saw a link to your thread and I"m an android user.  However, since I have a bitcoin wallet on my phone, I don't install software that I can't see the source code to.  Is the source for your game posted anywhere?  If not, how do we know we can trust you.

Note, even if your game weren't open source, I would possibly try it out in in an android emulator but not on my actual device.  However, at the moment, my computer is too slow to run the emulator.

You can use PC for downloading the app then you can scan it online if it is harmful. If not satisfied you can try a third party app too. Plus if your really an Android user for a long time you know how or what specific option that app will access on your phone. You can see it before you install an app. Im an Android enthusiast for a long time and makes some development too and I will know if the app is harmful without knowing the source code.

Please save one bonus for maeuschen until I am not anymore a newbie.

I appreciate that you have a good reputation and you are banking on it.  But on my device, I don't install non-open-source software.  Like I said, I wouldn't mind trying out your stuff in an emulator, but I don't have a good enough computer to run one at the moment.

I wonder if you can say anything about why you would choose to not publish your code?  As we all know, non-published code is more dangerous and easier to exploit.  It seems to me that you'd have a lot to gain by opening your codebase for review.  Just curious about your motivation.

what about a time trial tournament?

Is there any hack or it's a normal score 200+?  ::)

Coinhopper is really interesting game for me when i want to get relax, i am still improving my skill there by playing free entry tournament with chance to win some satoshi there. ;)

Time trials may be difficult with the structure of the game, if all four people made it the end the chances of a tie would be significantly increased. Also 200+ is probable we have not seen one yet, but there was one user scoring near 150 so 200 would not be too far out of his/her reach.

Coin Hopper is currently not on the google play store. You can download it here:http://bit.ly/coinhopperpro. If you can not open the file try going to settings, then to security, and enable your phone to use unknown sources. After that you should be able to download and open the file.

We have added a new function to optimize your Bitplay experience. If you find that you don't want to compete against a particular player, you can now block them so that you won't end up in future tournaments with them.

Go to the "Completed tournaments" menu and click the "circle with slash" button next to a players name that you wish to block. This allows you to block any user that you don't wish to compete with. Just as before, a block is not permanent you can go to the "Blocked users" menu below the "Completed tournaments" menu and unblock users that you have previously blocked.


Let us know what you think of the feature.

If you lose your 200k bonus playing the Pro Coin Hopper Tournament, you will be able to withdraw your own 100K balance you had before. However, you must have lost it playing the Pro Coin Hopper Tournament and not any of the other tournaments.

I played with your bonus on pro tournament and lost it. Thats ok.
But now I cannot withdraw my earnings from classic mode anymore.
Then I can delete the apps because no earnings are available anymore. No good bonus
Or must I now get over 0,02 and all over this score I get paid out?..
edit maybe my mistake used the bonus accidentally for the flapper game and lost there

There seems to be a bug in the counter since the last update. First place doesnt get 0.000005 bitcoins but 0.000000015 or sth like that. Second place is correct counted. In flapper all is correct countet.

Contact by email support[at]bitplay.today and they will look at your account and help. The bonus is 0.002 not 0.02 and you cannot withdraw it until you play 15 PRO Coin Hopper Tournaments, as the OP pretty clearly states.

Also, Classic tournament does pay out 0.000005 BTC. Can you provide me with the ID of a tournament that you believe did not pay out properly?

That's what happen to me like I stated in Coin Flapper thread game. I try to used the bonus in Flapper then lost 0.001 in first try then won 0.0005 on a second try so it is 50k satoshis lost on a second try then boom no amount are allowed to withdraw. Will completing coin hopper pro 15 times will solve this problem even in flapper?

Yes bonus took away winnings of classic tournaments.I didnt want to payout bonus. (I lost it ) Only wanted to payout earnings of classic mode.
The solution could be to earn by classic mode that bonus amount and all over 0.002 will be paid out.

For hopper tournaments i must first have a look. Dont know whether only the screen that I was the first was wrong or counting.
I for example had a tournament where I was shown as first with 12 counts second 1 and third and firth were 0. Suddenly after that a push notice came that I was third of tournament. Maybe it counts mostly the last tournaments. Ill have a look.

Can you please explain us the purpose of using tickets instead of paying directly the Pro Tournament entry fee ? I think this method makes the Pro Tournament access more complicated. And why have you removed the Elite Pro Tournaments ? All this happens since the last Coin Hopper Pro update.

This game is so funny but it is pretty hard to get high scores , mine is 29 only ;D

Installed PRO version. I love this game! The PRO tournaments make this game much more fun. If possible I would suggest adding in a couple more ways to obtain tournament tickets (watching ads...etc) other than that two thumbs up, thanks guys.

I was trying to download the free version of "Coin Flapper" from Google Play Store to rate your app but it seems to have been removed. I have the Pro version but I want to download the free version as well. I noticed that the free versions of Bitcoin Basketball, Coin Crusher and Coin Hopper were removed from Play Store too. I can't send mails to support@bitplay.today because they never answer me since one week ago.

Pro version are free to download. Pro version have pro tournament which you have a chance to win big than the free version which only has a classic mode.

Actually it was removed because it's a form of gambling according to Google.  :-\ I guess the PRO version is.
