Title: Usagi: not disclosing conflict of interest
Post by: bitcoinbear on October 04, 2012, 02:10:39 PM
Discussed in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=115284.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=115284.0)

Usagi never discloses the many conflicts of interest involved in the dealings between CPA, BMF, and Nyan.

For example, BMF signed a contract with CPA to insure the NAV to stay above 1.0. The NAV fell below that level, but BMF never claimed the insurance they were entitled to. Now Usagi is caliming that both parties agreed to accelerate the contract to its end, which is detrimental to BMF shareholders.

You may want to post some local rules if you are going to take on usagi's approach to business integrity. S/he will be around shortly to abuse you and label you with slanderous malice, you might want to have some fun local rules for posting in place before it does.

Meh, I can take whatever Usagi wants to dish out. S/he already called me a scammer for spreading FUD.

One wonders if usagi is paying out an insurance claim to her/hinself with the loss of 200 btc just deposited into GLBSE?
