An investigation by Daily Mail Online found 16 staff members from the space agency paid for pictures and videos of children in sexual situations, but were never prosecuted. Their names have never been released because of government guidelines which protect their privacy – prompting fears some of the culprits are still employed by NASA. The probe found that in 2010, the employees paid for the pornography using personal credit cards or PayPal while working for the government. But the next time you are attacked by government because of the porn on your computer, require that the guy who is listed as the plaintiff against you get on the stand and testify as to the harm or damage it has done him.
First, government can't get on the stand, because government is just paperwork. Second, the porn on your computer hasn't hurt anyone, has it? If it has, and if the hurt one can be plaintiff and show how he was hurt, pay off his damages. Other than that, you don't as a man or woman understand legalese. So, how can you be held guilty of not obeying it, since there is no requirement for you to learn it?
