Last Thursday I deposited 10BTC and won a parlay for 25BTC.  They locked out my account and haven't paid.

This site is clearly undercapitalized or outright thieves.

STAY AWAY

Anything to backup your claims ? ie ; bet slip, transaction tx id , etc ...

It's crazy to deposit such an amount into a gambling site with huge bad reputation already:

Can you post a screenshot of ur account is locked and post your bets and your bitcoin payments links. Why didn't you use directbet.eu?? It is the best one out there.

very big amount to gamble in a site with a bad reputation.
i think you must know more about gambling site befor you disposited that 10btc  :-\

The bet was a 4-team round robin parlay for 6BTC.  It settled with 3 winners + 1 push and then they locked out the account.

starting to see alot of threads with people having serious problems, i hope you can get your winnings out of there, or atleast your funds back, but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen since
they may have blocked you....

Only 25 btc betcoin.ag cant pay! But before we judge they are scam website. We need see your proof or printscreen you account.

Can you show the betting slip? If this is true then this is really bad and I suggest you move this to scam accusation section but only if you're ready to provide more proofs.

"these clowns cheated me in their sportsbook for a whole 4 bucks! i never, ever got any help before i quit after they cheated me. i contacted support about issues i had 11 or so times (if they had proper documentation on their site that 11 or so times i had to contact them would of been 0) and never got a single reply. scratch that, i did get one reply after they cheated me and it was them being smug assholes. i was always nice. they also grade games very slowly.

the cheating went down during the nba finals. i did not post about it here till now as i liked their casino and maybe wanted to play their casino again some day but fuck it. yes... 4 bucks. i bet on a total and made sure it was the right one before i confirmed but it changed after it confirmed. the way how you can confirm bets on that site is really shady. it's not possible to take a screenshot when in the middle of confirming as it does not show the proper info (it did not the last time i played there. this was a live bet). this is really an old trick the shady books have used for years.

again, 4 bucks! i will go into more info if any one cares but i suggest to avoid the sportsbook. the casino seemed fine and i hear their poker is good. but ask yourself, if they are willing to cheat you out of 4 bucks would you feel your money is safe?"

My experience here is good, fast withdrawals, but very low odds on sportsbook, especially for tennis, they have 1.85 odds for double sides, which is ridiculously low odds.  ;D

I have earned over 1btc here, i wonder if i win like you, will they pay?

This is the third complaint about them I have seen in 10 days but 2 of them were resolved and if what you're saying is true then it is pretty serious, gather all the proofs you can and post them here because so far it's just your words against a well established casino. And keep us posted if you hear from support and if this get resolved because this is a huge sum of money.

Betcoin support is very very very bad, so you def have an uphill climb, but I'd suggest contacting ACR support.  Someone else who recently had a problem with Betcoin's slowpay was able to find restitution by going through ACR support and having them put the pressure on Betcoin.  Good luck.

You have win only 1 parlay and win 25 btc? Most site don't permit to win more of 10 btc with only 1 bet.
This is a first alarm of seriety of bookmakers, accept all bet and later don't pay

I think even the sportsbooks should be asked to provide proof of their funds by showing their cold storage address which contains the BTC so that users can know that the website does have the funds to pay for the bets. It doesn't necessay promises that the site will pay but atleast it proves that the site is well funded.

But do note that we should not jump to conclusions yet, the OP hasn't been online since then and hasn't provided any solid proofs that this really happened.

You should have chosen other sportsbook with better reputation when you are betting such a big amount.
I believe sportsbook like nitrogenbet, annonibet and cloudbet would payout even if you win a big amount.

I had some troubles aswell, some were fixed very quick by the staff.

But latest game i won 0.30btc and payment was not done, 3-4 days whent and payment was still on "aproval" i cancelled the withdraw and kept playing.


whit this post i kinda doubt now of betcoin.

Six days later they finally paid my winnings.  I can't say they are thieves but this is an amateur operation that I would discourage anyone from playing with.

They always pay slow because they need to check if you win big with only small wager that is why they are always slow. You need to keep contacting the support to faster the process or it could be 1 week to process it. I use them before but now I move away because of their slow payout but still one of the most trusted here

Congrats dude, nice to hear you got paid. And I can bet here for US Open now, if you get paid, I am more confident to bet more here, cause I had good experience of this site, and I will keep betting here.

i think their great vip program might be clouding your judgment. it's a mickey mouse book that scammed me out of 4 bucks. however, i think they will keep treating you right as you give them good press.
