I think this HW-Errors (>25000 in 10h) are related to the not so proper working chain 3. Having 1Th/s less in average than expected is not so nice.

You are fine. Read how it is calculated with link above but you have no issues currently with hw errors. to think of it another way for every 1000 usd earned your error rate costs you .40 cents usd if it drifts to 0.4 for every 1000 usd earned you would lose 4 usd.
