Actually, since you are selling bitcoins for dollars, this post belongs in Buying. Be that as it may, gifts in Paypal can not be charged back. What is to stop you from accepting the gift and then not sending the bitcoins? First for 2, then 3, then a final transaction for the remaining 5. (If they wanted to buy all 10).
