3 floors, 3 rooms, entrance on the first and entrance on 2nd floor. 3rd floor is a big room. 2 Toilets whit showers. Parking place for about 5 cars. Water pool for the summer whit a little cascade. A little storage facility. The house has been in good care . Reason the sell is that most of the family members lives around the world and the house is to big just for one family member. Placement is in a good neighborhood, inside a condominium , whit alot of People from outside the country, It's varied from USA, EU even australia Neighbours . the place is 30min from the big city and about 1 hour from the big capital "santiago", Temps on summer are about 40c and summer last about 7-8 months . There is free Cable included , most channels of the world hehe. Electricity is very cheap, water is cheap, and there is free water on one of the cranes for emergency situations only ;). We can accept escrow but prefer that you came to the house and met between 4 eyes and made a deal. papers and everything is up to date. proof can be showed for serious buyers.
