You can rent them at 0.25BTC/GH/Day average now. 6 weeks or so ago, I was renting at 0.82BTC/GH/Day. It was SICK!! :D MONA has been very good in the past when LTC was lower if you play the japanese exchanges. ;) Coinwarz has a profitability calculator, but IMO it's way behind and incorrect most of the time.
