in April, I have been banned for 60 days for insubtation posts+sig ad, which I just didnt understand why... Then it has been changed to "extended" because of ban evasion. I'm sorry for your loss but you can still start again with your new account. The rules say that people are banned, not accounts, so if another alt of him is found it will be permabanned too.
