It is to big a age gap.

Mental maturity is a major factor in the age gap and if I had a daughter that was seeing a guy that big of a gap,he would be riding in my trunk for a visit up at our cabin. Maybe helping me dig a hole in the back for the new shitter and maybe he might trip into it,maybe I dont say anything and maybe I wait a few days to make sure he is unwilling to come out of hole before deciding I dont need a new shitter.

Probably depends on your local laws. I think it's illegal in the US but legal in the UK. Some countries even have 14 years old as their limit. Personally 16 is too young for you but I guess depends how mature she is.

i honestly don't think thats ok yet. maybe if you guys get a bit older the age gap doesnt seem that significant but at this age its wayy too big

So, no, you couldn't possibly be a pedophile for dating a 16 y.o., although you might be breaking the law in some US States if you had sex with her. I'm guessing that's where you're from, since teenage sexuality is a big taboo in the US, while in Europe ages of consent vary between 14 and 16, the sole exception being Ireland where the age of consent is 17.

yes of course dont let your age gap force you to leave your love one but please make sure and wait till he get to legal age atleast hide your relationship first and wait until 18 of the girl. i have cousin their gap is 10 years and they are still happy and have 1 son and daughter.

Maybe the difference is somewhat high but we gotta take in count that the girl is 16 which is pretty close to 18 and lets be honest, from 16 to 18 there is not much change mentally, and phyisically girls at 16 are already mature enough.
