Title: mod needed in speculation
Post by: rebuilder on September 12, 2015, 06:24:20 PM
NLC has filled almost the entire 1st page of the spec subforum wih his spam. Easier for a mod to just go in and delete all  the threads than for us to report them individually.

It took me time to actually figure out what you're trying to tell us. Basically someone made a ton of newbie accounts and made a lot of threads (FUD) in the speculation sections.
Here is how it looks. (http://prntscr.com/8fkf30)

I'm reporting it to someone right now.

I don't think there's a mod online at the moment, so it might take sometime.
reported about 20 of those threads before I got tired of the douchebag.

edit:
someone cleaned them up.

Sorry, I admit I assumed the staff are familiar with NotLambChop's ongoing quest to blackmail the admins into reinstating his banned account by creating a shitstorm with newbie accounts. Banning newbies from posting images helped a lot, it seems he's going for volume now.

Just keep reporting them and they get handled pretty quickly.

Do you think people only have access to one IP? He's had hundreds of accounts banned along with their IPs but it's obviously not that difficult to use a new one.

well my point is if he uses an IP address that match with a user that isn't involved, on that case if the ip get banned, even the one that wasn't involved get banned... anyway are we sure that he isn't using any kind of proxy?

Thats why the board does not issue IP bans, but has the "evil points" that only affect new accounts created over a specific IP. I dont see how using a proxy or not is relevant.

I nuked every account as quickly as I could as soon as I saw the reports. I usually handle the speculation reports pretty quickly and if I don't do it, someone else will. I'm just glad that he can't post gay old men porn anymore. That stuff was burning away my eyes.

I'm willing to lurk in there and nuke him all day, just throwing that out there.
