Title: Ways of buying bitcoin without letting the government notice
Post by: Zeroxal on September 15, 2015, 01:34:42 PM
So I have a plan of buying 20-30k bitcoins. The money comes from a company I run,  however I didn't really declare all the income taxes and used some "tricks" to get some transactions of my customers deleted without they noticing so I would pay less taxes.
The problem is when I buy 20-30k worth of bitcoins using my bank account the government would notice it instantly and ask me where the money came from and I would be in serious trouble. I cannot declare the money because I didn't declare them when I sent them the income tax report.

Anyone who can help me?

Kijiji or local bitcoins..

You are going to have to meet people in person then put the coins through a mixer.

Might be best to just send the coins directly to bitmixer.

I flat out refuse to help you.  You want to cheat on your taxes then you deserve no help whatsoever. Anyone who gives this person any advice should consider they are helping him embezzle.  I hope you get caught and sent to jail and have to pay huge amounts of fines and penalties.

Also, I can sell you bitcoins, if you give me your name and address we can set something up, go ahead and PM it to me and we can get going.

Fine, I'll give you all your information, but first let me just clear it up:
If you have never run a business you won't understand it. Many companies pay very little taxes and  the biggest ones pay the least. Like Apple,Google and amazon, they pay less tax than bigger businesses in my country, because their company is located in Ireland or Luxemburg and have a contract for paying very, very little tax.

This forum probably doesn't pay any taxes too, however it still has a stable income. Sue them too if you want.

Any dice site would have to pay taxes too, probably the most because they are gambling sites.

Maybe you should research a little.  This forum doesn't pay taxes for a reason, and it is legal.

I have never ran a business, but I am a CPA and fully understand how tax law works for both entities and individuals.  (I complete the tax return for a multi billion dollar corporation and multiple individuals yearly).  Also I do my parents S corp taxes.  So it is safe to say I understand tax law very well and what you are doing is illegal and anyone who gives you any information on how to avoid taxes is aiding in you doing something illegal.

Not sure why you brought up the forum or dice sites in particular, as they were not the topic of this discussion.  Perhaps your just trying to move the point away from you being illegal (Well if other people do it it must be OK), you are a thief and are cheating other people by making them pay higher taxes to compensate for you paying less.

I think OP should get their money taxed because im against any crimes. Having said this, you can't trust that in those places there aren't undercover cops, plus you would need to do it in small amounts with different people, no one is going to have 30.000 in cash its crazy. So considering this mixing the coins doesn't matter, also mixers are centralized.

There are people here that would sell out their children to the gov for years of torture just for a pat on the back from the gov.

Becareful there are traitors to the human race and pigs among us.

There are so many problematic legal and ethical issues with this request, briefly:

1) attempts to launder money;
2) intentional income tax evasion;

and perhaps most troubling, 3) the bolded language above suggests a total disregard for your customers by altering documents or ledgers that may affect them in a negative way so you can avoid income taxes.

Bad actors like this are the reason people are reluctant to see the benefits of bitcoin.

Ok, sorry. Will declare the money now will stop these actions in the future. Going to the government tomorrow before they come in front of my door. It's wrong to lie and betray the government.
Thanks for your suggestions

Yeah right ...

You can just keep this money on the side and pay some of your bills with it (supplies, food, vacations, bills and so on).
Of course do not pay everything with it to avoid suspicion. In a few months it should be all gone.

you can do it privately with some big miners, or with some early adopter, if you can find one, or alternatively, you can run your own mining farm and generate bitcoin anonymously, but it would be a bit impracticable

It would be unethical to give you any advice on this matter, because the advice would be :

1. Illegal {No method to evade tax can be legal}
2. Harmful to the Bitcoin community. {We would give governments and competitor shills ammunition to fight against us}

Go to some Bitcoin meetup's and you would see a vibrant community trying to build a better future for Bitcoin... not creating loopholes for criminals and tax evaders.

IT was once law the scottish had to let their wives be taken by a british royal for a night before the husband could have them.

The law is always right eh?

If you are trying to justify your actions by quoting a law that probably took place in the 18th century... you are an idiot.  What you are doing is not only against today's laws, but it just goes against common ethics.  You can't win this fight, find another way to clean your dirty money.

I have no dirty money I just dislike the thought of people blindly obbsessed with the idea the law is always right and so is the gov and how dare you ever challange them you dirty criminal.  Your type is more of a danger to society then terrorism ever could be.

Taxation without representation is a "crime" yet they have now made it impossible to track where your tax dollars go............................... Due to it being " classified operations"...

If there is an agency that I do not want behind me, that will be the IRS (even thought I’m not American) not even Al Capone could avoid them.

Op you are pretty rich if you want to buy 30k bitcoins. It is not some low scale cheating, you want to spend $7 million on bitcoins?
That is huge. I am usually against taxation but maybe you should pay some of that taxes? Or maybe stay away from bitcoin.

The thing which you want to do is really a very big illegial activity, which will become a big scam when it comes highlighted to the world, what all other users told is correct for you that, it is better that you declare it now itself before you are caught by the Law and then their wont be anyway to regret.

Good to have some tax expert here. I'm always curious why Federal Reserve never pay any tax when they create trillions of money: In an income sense, their profit is exactly the amount of money they created. Can you elaborate on this?

So people are throwing around this term 'ethical' and I have to chuckle... I guess to them, taking people's money by force is 'ethical'. Lol. Ok...

Here's a tip.

Since you probably have no idea what ethics are, go look it up. And after you do that, go look up the word CONTRADICTION.

@Zeroxal: I'm proud of you. Men shall be able to do whatever they want with their money without any government's being aware of their acts.

If you don't want to pay tax, that's good. Best thing a man can do. Tax money pay for wars, Earth destruction, and turning free men into passive sheeps via a socialist schooling system.

I have a solution for you. You need to find a front. You'll hand that person cash (you'll have to meet him), and he will buy BTC for you, registering the transaction in his name. Expect to pay at least a 10% fee for that service.
