The site now shows just two ads one with reward $0.00025 and $0.0001 which is 107 satoshis and 43 satoshi respectively as of current price. Such rewards wont attract many visitors. There are many mainstream ptc using bitcoins now. You should give good effort to be in market. Best of luck with your project.

Why there is two fee's for covering payment processing fee's as you have stated : 1) A fixed fee of $0.5  2) A percent fee of 10%
and also why there is a logo of perfect money while you haven't mentioned using this service here nor on your site terms page?
and as you said regarding payments of bitcoin, it would be good to include a logo of bitcoin as well.

i really hate the gpt with promote in home page "earn up to 0,01 $ for click" and later signup you see in the ptc page only advertising with 0,0001 .

for now you have really low click and low rewards

Still the ads are low valued than any traditional PTC, lower than a traditional faucet as well. People won't view ads on PTC when the profit are less than 1/10th of a faucet.

Any suggestions are welcome in this area  :)

GPT script have more features than PTC, now you are just promoting PTC. In my opinion, only mine, there are already a couple of well-established bitcoin PTC sites. Like some other members mentioned the click rate is low, nothing competitive about it. PTC is sinking, people are no more interested in wasting their time on filling some others pocket.

Just a sugeestion:

1. If your click rates are not high then make it least to the  range that people sign up.

2. As far as PTC is concerned, payouts are always a tricky issue, there is a bitcoin PTC site with instant payouts, maybe implementing this would help your site :)
