I'd recommend e-coin.io I tried them and they are pretty good , their card can be used to verify services like Paypal [Either Virtual card or Physical card] , for what comes to the Virtual card it's totally free 0$ however you need to deposit at least 10$ but they are totally yours there is no fees afaik . And i'm using Bit-x debit card, never seen any problems other than their fees. I don't know/never used any other BTC debit cards.

Have been using the EUR card and had some issues, but the customer support always solved my issues. If you are looking for an EUR debit card ADVcash could be a good option. You do not have to preload it, entire balance is spendable and there is no monthly fee for the first 10.000 users.

So it when you withdraw or make a purchase it takes the rate at that time that you made the action. On other bitcoin debit cards like e-coin you have firstly convert your bitcoin to usd or eur then spend the funds in your card. E-coin has 1$ monthly SMS fee to notify you all about the activity that you do with the card. The bit-x has some fee in bitcoin and some fee with percentage from bank so better check yourself. |
