A newbie who already had negative trust. Guess it doesn't matter if you plan to chargeback in the end. Who knows, this could be a case of a scammer scamming a scammer  ???

Can't you just do a chargeback of PayPal funds? File a dispute; doesn't PayPal always rule for the buyer/purchaser regarding bitcoin trades?

You're both newbies. You should've used an escrow for both your safety. You might also want to consider that you are dealing with someone who already has a bad reputation. What would you do that?

Post the txid, brah.

Kingofdragons, file a chargeback with Paypal if he indeed scammed you.

File a complaint with Paypal, you may still have recourse.
Sorry to hear about this.

That was an expansive lesson, do not trade with newbies if they send paypal or if they dont use escrow. I dont say all newbies are bad, but to prevent being scammed it is better. Because everyone can just create an account, lookat this example, registered 2 days before your trade. Now he will create another account and do same. It is like that, scammers should be banned, but that can not be done.

Just incase Turing56 complains to imgur to take down the image, for the record, it's a screenshot of someone sending $429.00 via Paypal to an email address belonging to lukedymet@gmail.com.

Kingofrecords, can you do a paypal chargeback? Mayby tell their support you are scammed by him/her and show them the proove, and hopefully they will charge it back to your account. Contact them asap, before he send funds to bank account.

if you're unsure what to do you should ask someone with more knowledge on that stuff (not me). I know sometimes it can fail badly.

File a complaint to PayPal . Tell them every single thing happened with you while doing this deal. I am 100 % sure , they will try best to solve your issue and get your money back.

This is general info for everyone who trades or uses PayPal. If you been scammed, immediately report it to PayPal, so before the people move their balance they can ban the account and send funds back to you. To handle quick it would be easy if a PayPal employee is active on bitcointalk, so if you know a PayPal employee, mayby ask him to be around here and we can get quicker support. The last option is to have a cooldown timer being added to paypal, so u can not send it to your bank right after you got it, for example a 24 hour delay.

Post the TXID or GTFO.

In the meantime, enjoy some more negative rep.

I think it's getting more and more obvious that Turing56 is a scammer; he himself has been just repeating over and over that he's not a scammer without any proof, and has been ignoring your requests to post a TxID.

@Turing56, you should have been smarter to scam; scamming PayPal funds? Really? lol. A scammer like you should already know that PayPal funds can easily be charged back. ::)

its possible the funds were transferred to his 'real' account, causing the pp account op sent money to to have a negative balance. meanwhile, the  main account has however much was sent sitting in it.

This fucker left me negative feedback for calling him out on not providing a txid for his Paypal scam.

"Left me bad feedback with no supporting reasons..... derailed my thread."

No supporting reasons ? Dude, you haven't provided a txid. It's very simple.

Cried to the mods after I called him out in his Services thread for Web Design. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1190589.0

Enjoy yet another negative trust record.

Haha, this is turning bad for this scammer.
Do not use PayPal AND go not first. Use ESCROW!!!
