It isn't accurate as some nodes might have already hit the maximum connection hence https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/ cannot connect to them thus adding them to the number. It is significantly harder to calculate the distribution of miners since most of them are using pools and pools don't release information about the rough location of the miners.

That's mainly down to their exchanges having no trading fees so it costs nothing to bat the same coin around thousands of times a day.
