I could not read anything about shipping in your thread does it means the re-loadable card is also a virtual stuff? I am also interested in the issuing bank whether the card is link to any bank account.

As far as i can understand this your card can verify google cloud because of its features but i use to think that this type of cards can only be issued by banks until you said Sorry there is no issuing bank

They work perfectly but remeber that US/UK Paypal require a VBA to verify an account and these won't work. but they can verify other countris.

No, the $7 PP card can't be loaded using paypal and I also have one I am selling for $50 can be loaded using paypal from Asia but not the US.
To verify a US account you need a VBA, VCC don't work you will need a AVS VCC or something like that. I really don't concentrate on US paypals coz of their useless policies.

Started with a small balance ($20)

Bought a couple very small items at a local printshop online - worked fine.

Ideally I'd like to be able to see a statement with a balance and charges.   I added a bit more.  For $2 to get set up, pretty good deal assuming the fees aren't out of control (no way to really tell without a statement unfortunately)

There are no fees for a VCC, only the loading fee. I will see if there is a way for me to get the statement for the vcc. but for all online purchases you won't get charged a single cent, just PM me you email or I will send transaction details via Skype if I am able to get it and download it.

- added it to my oculus VR account and have made some purchases successfully

Yeah, people with the power to leave negative rap abused their power, I have never had any issues with anyone or ever had a scam thread opened against me, so I just ignore it because to me it doesn't really matter.

The reason I don't have the $50 card on the op is because I know most people won't buy it, I just responded to a question.

No there are no information about what i ask you. I need ti know which bank issue the cards. There are NO information about this on your OP.

Oh, sorry there is no information because the cards are not issued by any bank, they are issued by an online company and they are not linked to any bank. and it can use any country worldwide except the US.

Then the card was rejected at multiple merchants (has plenty of credit)
