Considering bitcoin is a worldwide currency there might be a niche business in ordering products to your local address then forwarding them on to international customers. I think that's a great idea. Look at this for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=119152.0 or: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=118211.0 a small site, where you can create an account with "I can offer goods from [country]" could do the trick. You can then for the customers make an overview of countries and witch merchants are there, including merchant rating and more informations. It can then increase and further develop from this point. Chargeback risk is probably substantial, generating additional savings. I would say that this is a good proposition. Its not like I can create a listing on bitmit for tim-tams or vegemite or other local goods to ship to expatriates overseas :) |
