The Army literally has one posted online: http://www.tradoc.army.mil/tpubs/pams/TP600-4withChange1.pdf And in regard to the APFT book, if the US can be brought down just because someone learned how to do the bend and reach or the squat bender then we are in some serious trouble. Furthest thing from Top secret. The soldiers Blue Book is mostly about chain of command, and how to dress properly, and how to shower. The APTG is about proper exercise and the armys standards for how many push-ups/sit-ups you can do and how fast your run time.
