I've sent the guy 13, and seems like i have been scammed. In 5 minutes I wil call paypal if he doesn't reply.

He seems online , wait and then act !! These type of Delay generally occur , he might be transferring that pp to other account.

Guy went offline , I guess he tried to scam you , I guess the pp loss is yours , even if you charge back the case gonna be in his favour as this happen most time.

That's not my address. He sent me a PM asking for the exchange but i think the exchange didn't went through.

I'm pretty sure he's paypal account wasn't able to do any kind of movement or didn't find how to make BTC from the 13$ usd in Paypal and made me a refund, then he came with all the bush1t , is just an speculation, I was dealing with him, all good til i send $.

It is still not clear to me why you refunded the sum. Were you checking something ? You should have sent the equivalent btc to him.

13$ Btc seems validity over this forum , as BTC is volatile you must mention the Fraction of coins you have , this will insure the validity to buyers who want and could speak around the price based on that time-stamp.
