Post by: AussieBTC on October 16, 2015, 11:49:12 AM

Hi There,

I'm a property developer & Builder based in Sydney. Just wondering if there is anybody interested in converting Bitcoin to dollars and investing it into property development. Profits are huge, im open to any offers and business opportunities.

No scam here, come to my office and we talk, i will show you all the recent projects we did, and all the current we are doing.

Honest businessman only, trust is must have, lawyers and contracts will be in place.

If you have 1000+ BTC and dont know what to do with them, msg me.

Thanks for reading.

No matter what he is looking for he might not see any one here because his idea will cost 1000+ BTC and that is quite ridiculous for an individual business and not even all companies can handle that.

The economy growth in Australia has slowed down a lot due to the low commodity prices. It has also affected the real estate market there.

I quite agreed with you as regards the present state of Australia economy but are you saying the the OP is justified for asking for 1000 btc?

What I mean is that the property development in Australia is a risky business, not like several years ago, when huge profit can be made relatively easily.

That said if he is a valid licensed developer it would make more sense for him to put a listing on a site like bnktothefuture and post the valid listing and offer here for Bitcoin users to inspect after.

All i can understood from the two of you is that the business is not as lucrative as the OP puts it and there is possibility of incurring a loss.

Yes. If you want to invest, then go to his office to discuss the details as he said in the OP.

You have to do a lot of due diligence to make sure the investment is sound. 1000 btc is a lot of money these days.

Well there is that and when I was referring to bnktothefuture I was talking about funds and assets that have had significant enough scrutiny to be funded for a listing.

You can see that some large projects do get backer funding and for 1000 BTC that is where the main seed capital and serious investors would prospect as much as advertising here.

And yes Max Kaiser made 3 similar pitches you can do that if your RT ^^.
