Actually OP is asking for freeroll, not a sign up bonus. And about sign up bonus in playtodos, I think its over already. Their official thread is closed, sign campaign is closed as well.

@OP : if you want freeroll tournament, maybe luckyflop will be best place fo play because they offers good hourly freerolls and the best thing is that you don't need to play against so many players :)

I'm a "old" poker player, in the past i have play hundred od freeroll , but honestly in the last time freeroll is only a waste time, more user without a minimum idea of poker, play every time all in (because is free) and more time win with bad card

Seriously, agree with the time wasting thing but most of those allin barbarians get busted out in early stage or they build a good stack.

Once you can face only one (or two) of them at your table (I mean in middle phase of tournament) you have really plenty of spots to have their chips.

Yap, that is the most annoying thing in freeroll especially low prize freeroll. It will be more worth to play on ring games or GTD tournaments. Just curious why there are still many players play on low prize freerolls.

as the fellas here said you should try Betcoin , SWC and LuckyFlop they usually have freerolls
also make sure to register in Grindabit cause they host freerolls in bitcoin sites and they send you a weekly email with passwords to enter the freerolls
