I`ll provide you with btc deposit address, and info about your credit card (card number, expiration date and time + security number). This will happened at first time, when you buy virtual card. Then each time when you deposit, you write to me, and I tell you exchange course (basically it will be current btc-e sell rate - 10%). So after we decide how much btc you have to deposit, you send funds and after 6 confirmations I`ll put money to your card (probably it will happen in 30 minutes) but may take up to 24h. Or after you receive your depositing address, you may just send funds there, I`ll transfer it to your card asap(with in 24h), but exchange rate would depend on time when I see your transfer. You may pay with it as many times as you need, so basically it is same as any other visa card. There is no link between it and you, except this forum log... I`ll guarantee that cards will be OK one week since last deposit. But if TOS will change or smt, there would be noting I can help you, keep that in mind.
