Title: [WTS] 6x 7970s and 5x 1xPCIE risers
Post by: ralree on November 05, 2012, 12:45:13 AM
General Information for the video cards for sale
All of these cards are part of my mining operation.  Because I'm transitioning to ASICs, I'm selling off these cards.  These have been in operation for around 2-3 months.  All of them mine at around 650MH/s at 1100Mhz core clock and 1050Mhz memory clock, and with proper cooling they all do so at around 73 degrees C with fans between 45% and 60%.  They can also all mine Litecoins at around 500KH/s using the above settings (and possibly more with tweaking).  Prices below are assuming $13.50 per BTC - fluctuations in price will be taken into consideration when purchasing.

These have never been run over 76C, and have never been run with the fans over 85%.

Shipping
Shipping is only included for the US (48 contiguous).  For other places, I'll get a quote and you'll pay a bit more (I'll subtract what it would cost to ship to Texas).

Depends on the escrow, but if one can be found we both trust, sure!

Graet is a new up-n-comer in the escrow area , but tangible crypto is always a solid choice.

I would definitely accept Graet for escrow provided any fee would be paid by the buyer.  I loves me some Ozcoin!

Just FYI,  Graet has handled some escrow services for many transactions I've done thru the forum and he's top notch.  Very responsive via irc.
I would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.  That being said, I've also done a couple thru TC and he also has been responsive to PMs.

Good to know - thank you!  TC would also be acceptable as an escrow.

Do you have new, even lower prices? bitcoin is still in rally mode at over $12.50 per coin, and @ 33 bitcoins without accessories and used, i could go buy it new and retail for the equivalent of ~31 BTC (not a black friday sale item either).

One thing though, I was surprised that customs would charge $48.00.
Now I am worried about my ASIC miners from butterfly labs, of $2560 I spent
and how much that is going to cost at custom fees.

Your card runs at 1049 MV (After-Burner)

Btw I use 1100 MHZ core clock/950 Memory, you can have a 150 memory difference.
My 7970 the exact same card as the one I ordered from you, now I have two identical cards from the same
company. Though my first one doesn't go below 1087 MV, and yours (used to be) goes to 1049 MV.
And my card is older, though I thought older hardware normally go lower.

And my card was bitcoin mining 24/7.

Its strange that the same hardware, and the card I ordered go lower then mine.
Reasons?

If in hst province then 15% tax or roughly $375 plus whatever the brokerage fee is.

The reason, as far as I know, is random chance.  There's something called "ASIC quality" that's displayed in GPU-X and is somehow correlated with overclocking:
