Hide all contact info unless you watch a commercial/captcha 3. User ad bitcoin wallet upon registration 4. payout from shares (1.plugin) to there bitcoin wallet. As far as I know there are no such plugins you are asking for. You may ask someone in the Services section here to individually create such plugins for you.
