There are some discussions here about buying Bitcoin in different countries. So, for all who have bank accounts in Thailand!

I also see that for those in Thailand but without a bank account can use a cash terminal to load an OKPay account.

These days we take only minimal fee (which is 300 THB) for buying Bitcoin using thai bank transaction.

Just went there today and saw this:

All Liberty Reserve exchanger site who were their exchangers as at then was seized by the Usa government.
Wm-center has nothing to do with it because I know them well and they are one of the Top Exchangers in this global world.
