Why do you care so much about how fast they process bank withdrawals, are you planning on making withdrawals all the time, or am i missing something. I dont think many exchanges target how fast they can process withdrawals but maybe im wrong

If you would not need fiat and are patient, you don't need to request withdrawals. Whatever reasons are, you request withdrawal as you need it now. Some exchanges are promoting "fast withdrawal" as their advantages.
Of course it is not directly related to be goxed stuff. If people knew what exchanges are going to die or get ''hacked'' no one would use them. Why do you care so much about how fast they process bank withdrawals, are you planning on making withdrawals all the time, or am i missing something. We might tell you Kraken with SEPA deposit and withdrawal that will get there in 1 business day but you might be in a country where you can't use Kraken.
