You can import your paper wallet into blockchain.info or electrum desktop wallet.

What? :o coinbase not available? are you crazy?
You can sell them on a good +ve reputated buyer on localbitcoins.

If you have private key on paper wallet, just import this private key to software wallet or online wallet. Then transfer to exchange and sell, simple as that :)

I have just asked coinbase support, they told me it is nomore available. If the guy was lying, i cannot know.
I have installed mycelium app, i have scanned the private key it told me how much was in there but it did not take the btc. I am a bit afraid of it. I followed the wiki instructions which told mycelium as possible solution.
Now I am dealing with Blockchain. Is it safe??

They will not be said like that instead they might be said that they're not available for your country (i'm not sure, i haven't checked yet).
I think you did scanned the address's QR code. You should have to scan the private key's QR code.
After importing your wallet into blockchain.info , move your funds to some other wallet.

Sorry, but you still don't make sense.
You can import a private key into Mycelium or blockchain.info(-app). What exactly have you done so far?
Just scanning the private key with Mycelium doesn't do anything.
