If you could compile a good enough evidence to back up a proof for this matter, you could update this thread with the following format: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0
And then you could move it to the right section: Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Trading Discussion > Scam Accusations https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
The thread could be moved by the option on the lower left of this thread

same here, and i knew i might lose the coins so i tried with the lowest amount.
i talked to someone in the chat but this person said something dodgy like the transaction did not work or the program broke...
then he demanded to send another 0.02btc in order to receive the promised 2btc.

clearly a scam even though there are huge sums moving on the blockchain - but you can send some btc to yourself this is no proof at all.

i was wondering what legally could be done to stop this business from stealing other people's bitcoins.
the website should be taken down and the scammer prosecuted.

What the hell did you expect? 0.02 BTC returns 2 BTC over 24 hours? ::)

how did you talk to them, i did the same transaction amount and i couldnt find anywhere to talk to them, same results though, NO BITCOINS!!  :'(  Whats really bad i didnt realize you have no recourse trying to get your bitcoins back by stopping a transaction or reversing one. The system needs to be fixed so people like them can be stopped from pulling scams like this all the time. There has got to be something that can be done!!

If you look at the address they only receive the amount, you never see a corresponding -X100 deposit. All they are doing is finding any old transaction on the blockchain and saying that its a payout from them
