Of course the accused is going to say that he is really in trouble for not donating to an orphanage. "Don't look at that look over here instead!" ::) There is a history he had with the police there. They basically raided his place looking for something earlier this year and all they found is out of 10 guns, 1 had incorrect paperwork. This is all after asking for a 'donation' that he refused to give. I am not sure that Mcafee is innocent, but it sure seems like a set up to me.
