The first russian coin is not RUBIT. Check out AUM and SIB.
No ANN in russian. The site doesn't have a russian translation, even not a .ru domain.
2015. Still using Scrypt. Even SIB have russian cryptoalgorithm called "GOST 34.11-2012 Stribog" embedded in the coin.

The problem isn't that they check the code, i saw that sometimes devs added the virus/trojan/backdoor only in the compiled version of the wallet with being sure that on the github code there isn't any reference

My local wallet rublebit.exe downloaded from sourceforge as directed from the main page, wont sync, has anyone else had this problem and found the solution? thanks

did you even tried to make the conf file with the nodes that are listed in the post abobe yours? because the post isn't that old is possible that all the nodes are still alive even if i can't test it right now (and by the way isn't normal that people tries the wallet right away, it doesn't work, the solution is clearly visible on the last page but it doesn't change the fact that they still need to create an account and make the post.... pure madness)

1) go to app data C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\RubleBit   or click Start then type in the white box %appdata% and press enter

2) Inside that folder right click and create a new text document.

3) rename that new file to rublebit.conf

4) right click rublebit.conf and EDIT with notepad, Text editor...whatever

5) on the first line copy all of this below

6) Then JUST SAVE - DO NOT RENAME!

7) Start up Rublebit.exe   >>>>>>> "I extracted Rublebit.exe to C:\Program Files\ruble coin" (X64)

8) Rublebit will now sync.
