It is illegal in my country also except for foreigners but i am gambling online from long time. Gambling online will leave no record specially with bitcoin , i suggest you to gamble with bitcoin you will not be charged by your government. Power of being anonymous  8)

I would check your laws closely - rarely is it illegal to be a gambler - it's just illegal for gambling companies to supply services to that country. I think you have no real problems when you are gambling online, specially with bitcoin since it's easier to be anonymous. So if the ip's are not blocked you can gamble with no problems I think.
Sometimes gambling sites will not accept users from some countries because of legislation or taxes etc, I'm starting to have that problem in my country (it's not illegal to gamble here, but the government want's to charge sites that operate in my country, and since they don't want to pay, they simple don't accept registrations from my country, but with BTC there is no problem)

If it is illegal for you then you obviously should not be gambling. There are some who use different methods to bypass these blocks and laws by using proxies, vpn, vps to alter their IP. If the restrictions are extreme from the side of your country then the best way is a VPS. Log into a VPS and play from there as it is something noone can really control.

It's far less likely that you are going to get in trouble as the gambler (AFAIK there are few/no cases where the gamblers themselves are prosecuted). The real problem with a VPN is that the gambling site will realise that you are from a prohibited country (if you try to withdraw to a bank account from your country) and will close your account and keep the money. Unfortunately no. No matter what you say, it is still a form of gambling. Bitcoin itself is a digital currency which can be exchanged to fiat easily. In many countries, it is considered as gambling since it is a game of chance.

I think this illegal gambling is there in all countries. There are 60 - 70 percent of countries in the world they banned this gambling but in all countries people are playing gambling. If you really want to play gambling means there are many ways offline gambling and online gambling. If your IP banned from govt means change your IP and play that's it. Don't worry if your country prohibits gambling then you could still gamble because for sure they don't know that you are into bitcoin gambling. Just check out the law in your country if it includes crypto gambling, then if not then you are not covered by the law so you are not going to worry anymore or if they do, you can just simply use vpn to hide your ip and mixers for your bitcoin.

That's a safe move... Using a VPN when you are gambling if it is not allowed in where you are... I think most people would know that they can hide their IP address well enough if they just want to gamble on a site that their country has banned but I think the real question should be "why won't the laws of my country allow me to gamble?

It doesn't work that way. If an online gambling site is illegal or requires a shit load of licences to operate in a certain country then they will normally not allow people from those countries to log in and play on their sites.
A registered and reputable company has a lot to loose if they break these rules so most will not do it. They know if a user from such countries wants to gamble on their site they will find a way and if the customer finds a way then the site is no longer at fault.

It's easy to by pass such restriction. In my country the government tries to stop international gambling sites to favor our local gambling like SNAI in Italy.

What I do when I want to play in restricted sites, I fire up TOR browser (install it if you haven't done so already) put the security to the minimum so it can open all websites including the ones with a lot of scripts and play from there.
