Title: Not sure where to post this I have a hashnest issue Post by: philipma1957 on November 12, 2015, 12:31:58 AM Okay I have sent a lot of coin at hash nest.
Not many issues until today. I realized I need 2 accounts for tax purposes. So I opened one under my judypug1956 secondary account name here at bitcointalk. I put in 0.085 btc it cleared I purchased 50gh for testing. it worked . I added more coin and I have 3 confirms https://blockchain.info/address/1DRLxKxWy5HuR3rN6XAG352UG6BfLNB4cF their site says only 3 needed to clear funds. So the site read 0 confirms funds not cleared. it links directly here and funds show 3 confirms https://chain.btc.com/en/tx/d418c5eaea044d9e6075bf60f49256c90f6b3f0a748526f3c74c6144c26a6bfa This is a small potatoes account so I am not freaked out has anyone had this issue? Sooner or later they will show in your account. Hashnest is legit.
Title: Re: Not sure where to post this I have a hashnest issue Post by: Quickseller on November 12, 2015, 04:14:41 AM When you deposit BTC to any kind of bitcoin related service their node will detect the transaction sent to them and once the transaction has x number of confirmations, they will credit your account. If for some reason their node does not detect a transaction (or a block) right away or is running behind the rest of the network then they are not going to give you credit right away.
It is not uncommon for it to take a little bit longer then it is suppose to for you to receive credit for a deposit at a fairly large number of bitcoin related services. Just today, it took ~6 confirmations for me to get credit at bitfinex when it should have taken three, however I did eventually receive credit, and most of the time I am promptly credited after 3 confirmations. Normally they come in 3 confirms. I never had a long delay before. To be fair it is a new account. Now it is all good.
