Users with paypal and claim a chargeback maximum around 5 months after the transaction. So beware.

even if he opens/closes claim he could still dispute the payment for unauthorized use

Yup I'm wondering how many scammers have used that exact phrase. If you are indeed not a scammer and want to convert your PP to bitcoins, you might go to either virwox and exchange there with some fees or withdraw the amount to your bank and either do a exchange via bank transfer or something similar.

No escrow will involve this reversible payment method except under the circumstance mentioned by truckerJoe

I send the escrow BTC and the buyer sends me the Paypal, once I receive the funds escrow releases the BTC.
