Try maybe bitcoin-otc they usually have some heavy weight bitcoin holders there who could may give you a good price.

In order to withdraw fiat from an exchange you will need to give a lot of personal information to the operator of the exchange, which in itself is a hassle. Plus selling on an exchange forces you to have money deposited into your bank account which is something that the seller may or may not want (they could have their FDIC insurance maxed out at their bank, so depositing additional fiat could put them at risk of loosing money).
