most bitcoiners prefer to talk on IRC.
as its easy to:

moderate
talk privately to individual users

The likelihood of any mass of bitcoiners using that site is slim and nil.. As stated above we prefer IRC and whatnot. Although I do remember a place called coinchat or something that basically paid users in btc to talk there..

But that just generally ends up in a chat full of beggars and thieves.

The market for this kind of site is pretty much saturated. I would recommend coming up with another site idea, you won't get many hits, now views. Coinchat pays people to chat

yes IRC is quite alive. In fact I think it has somewhat of a revival due to crypto. Bitcoin channel is very populated.

It's very very very simple, you have to add more feature in it.
And, how do I change my nickname? :D

I could see some traffic here but really, there are already so many scams stuff like irc and private chats just makes scamming easier for the scammers. Generally, if I actually need to speak real time with someone I've met online, I've already vetted them and I just use Skype
If you get lots of features on your site, and if you monetize it you might do ok

Sorry to tell you this, since your first idea has been change due to the comment above and frankly if your going to make an SMS app that uses BTCitcoin for sending a message to someone (something like they register for unlimited amount of messages for a fee) then I think people won't use that either since someone did that in the past (can't find the thread) and few only used it for a test and then nothing really happen...You mentioned it doesn't require an internet, so would it be totally free or it would be the one I mentioned earlier?
