I want to have a Localbitcoins Clone, to help other people to exchange bitcoins for Paypal and other payment methods, therefor I am looking for someone who is able to help me to set it up.

I expect you to have a skype Video Chat with me and I hope to fund a trusted Coder for this service.

As far as I know localbitcoin don't have paypal option, i could be wrong though but i think this is because its reversible. 
Most sellers on localbitcoin prefer to get paid via wire. if possible meet up.

Why use a clone ?? Watch this website www.btcointopaypal.com uses a system similar to virwox ie not directly buy or sell Bitcoins with Paypal (SLL) they use (C.U). Bad design and lacking support, but it works  ;)

OP wanted to scam that is why he is asking clone of localbitcoins site for paypal payment accepting, because he knows the loophole of the process of paypal, so that he can scam the sellers and buyers.

That's an accusation. You should try posting it on the right section though.

There are already some clones of it, like 100bitcoins.com and others like that but the thing is people trust LBC and which is why they prefer to use it, if you want to make an exchange then just don't try to compete with LBC but make something different. Also, Paypal is not everyone's preferred payment method as people can get scammed by cashback and which is why the legit traders avoid it.

As far as I know , localbitcoins had paypal option but it was removed later on to heal the fraud problems . Someone has recommended bitcoinstopapypal website and I wonder how it runs . I always prefer bank account when it comes to trading on localbitcoins .
