ok so paypal servers are down right now so if you try and load this code it will say a 203 error code. i suggest googling 203 error paypal my cash for more information. so apparently paypal had a power outage at their cash card facility , so no one is able to load their paypal cash cards until tomorrow.

Ah really? I didn't know. Hmm well the offer still stands. I'll update this tmrw then. But if you're still interested in buying just comment on here and we can finish up the deal tmrw when the servers are back up.

Do you or anyone else happen to know if this was fixed or not? I don't see a way to find out.
