You need to sign a message with an address that is used in PM or publicly available. Belongs to Meta btw. Also if I am not mistaken you can always ask your mobile operator for the mobile number that you have lost. They can give you a new simcard with the same number that you lost. My aunt once got her sim card replaced before but with the same number. I think you can have more chance of recovering your account if you have access to the email that is linked in your account. Also Please provide the signed message here so someone can verify it.
