This thread is not about luke jr or any other priciple then direct democracy based cooperative according to the confederatio helvetica, a sovereign confederation with the protective setup of a armed neutrality.

DEVDACH funktions and is covered according to confederatio helevetica sovereign law. The working principle of the confederatio helvetica is direct democracy which is protected trough armed neutrality since 1848. I disagree with Luke-Jr and other likeminded Individuals about Bitcoin and the experiment of the integration into the commonwealth only, without respecting the soverenity of other projects. According to him the GOD chosen and probably from her majesty prefered chain is BITCOIN. This redefines the value of Bitcoin for us and lets us logicaly and automaticaly choose a chain, that goes along with our living principles.

This convo simply should show why devda.ch is not BITCOIN based. Devcoin fits to the soverign direct democratic principle of the confederatio helvetica. Soverign means "not cooperate slavery" under admiralitiy law like in the colonies from great britain and the commonwealth. The basic founding roule of the confederatio helvetica (Switzerland) is direct democracy and legal since 1848 without any change to this very day!

Well guys do we wanna see crypto in general build on centralistic enslaving principles of the commonwealth, or are we gonna be able to accept soveregnity of the cryptochains in general on a direct democratic basis?

DEVDA works according the direct democratic principle of the confederation helvetica. Not following direct democracy and the legal national soveregnity and its protecting princple - the armed neutrality -, is against swiss constitutional law - period.

I'm not aware of Luke-Jr ever doing a double spend attack fwiw. I know that there's been discussion of what happened to coiled coin but it wasn't a double spend which would imply financial motive.
