Ok, let's go straight to the business. I am having an Recyclix account but I don't have a credit card to confirm the account so I can't withdraw the money at all. Therefore I decided to sell it back to someone hwo can confirm it and withdraw. The price I am offering for this is $15 for the account that can withdraw 21.80 EUROS.

The money can be withdraw to CC itself, or once CC is added and confirmed we can withdraw it to any BTC address or such ?

I can provide you empty VCC for free, let me know if you need it ;) , but can be just used for entering, doesnt has any money neither can withdraw to it.

Even if you did have it, the money is not withdrawable, when will people learn there is no such thing as free money.
Anyone can claim that bonus by registering an account. Will you stop scamming by selling an account of a scam site which is available for free?

Seed money/they were among the lucky few who recyclix used to show that they do pay. Either that or it was used to obtain credit card etc confidential information.
