Title: I can't redeem an old 'Titancoin' and 0-response from customer service. Scam??? Post by: Todamont on December 02, 2015, 07:02:25 AM I have an old 1-btc Titancoin, and when I went to redeen it yesterday, lo and behold, no private key under the tamper-proof sticker. All I see is what appears to be a "2FA" code, and I have no "password". Contacted customer support, 0 response.
Is this a known scam? Did I just lose 1 btc? Am I just SOL now? Titancoin, scammers? [edit] Titancoin customer service now supporting this ticket. Appears legit. |
