I am looking for any Indian exchange that offers bitcoin at par with International rates and not at higher premium rates.
Do you also accept debit card/IMPS/NET BANKING as mode of payment?

There is no exchange in India which offers at International rates. That is meant for their respective countries but yes if you want to use them you need to pay a high amount of transfer fees while making payment and withdrawal. Else in India you can use any of the exchanges which support bank transfers.

Today I sent 0.05 BTC to Unipay in order to get something around $430 to my PayPal.

I sent exactly 0.05 BTC to the address they asked me to send the BTC to: 3PHLzLh752uDGDTCRigvKjia9ayj6EHeVb

If you look up the addres on a BTC explorer you will see that this address has received my 0.05 BTC that I sent around 12 hours ago. No money in my PayPal. On the website it says that it could take 1-2 hours for the money to show up in my PayPal. Now it's taken 10 times that time. And I calculated what fees you take for exchanging BTC to dollars in a PayPal account. Your fees are 8-9% which is a lot.

I now see that it may take up to 1 business day to complete my order. And today is saturday. If I receive the BTC within the next business day, I will rest my case and say it was my own fault and jumped into conclusions too quickly.

Absolutely, if I receive my money within monday-tuesday I will most likely write a positive review. Transforming BTC to USD in your PayPal account is a great service. Anyway to contact you directly on Skype or Hangout ?

I couldn't find any contact details enlisted on your website, other than the ticket system (which i usually don't prefer)

Well, I wanted to chat live over Skype, Hangout, Livechat or anything..
I have already tried the Livechat from your website, but it never worked for me, it's basically like a Contact Form instead, after i fill-up the details to start the chat, it says "Thanks for the message! We'll get back to you as soon as we can."
Seems like the agents are never online on Livechat.

Any other way to initiate a live conversation ?
