Title: [Solved] Show unread posts since last visit [Except Off-topic, Local...] Post by: n691309 on December 07, 2015, 06:57:34 PM Most of us are in a signature campaign where Off-topic, Local posts are not counted and i was wondering if there is a tool or a trick how can i see new posts but excluding these two board.

When I read hidden feature I though this should be in this thread. Something like that will be in the new software. There's a hidden feature in the current forum that allows you to filter "unread posts since last visit" by board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=unread;boards=6,37,4,1 Just figuring it out myself, the numbers are pointing to boards, for example Mining board is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0 Hence it would be https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=unread;boards=14 if you want to view Mining only boards etc. Title: Re: Show unread posts since last visit [Except Off-topic, Local...] Post by: shorena on December 07, 2015, 07:00:41 PM Besides the explicit filter mexxer-2 mentions you can also just watch boards[1] you care about and use the watchlist instead.

IMHO its better to change the title to [SOLVED] (or similar) and keep it open. Someone else might have additional question, if you close it they have to make a new topic.
