Honestly I don't care, just need decent latency and 24/7 service (not support, I'm the op, you just host)

How much resources would you be looking for? Disk, bandwidth?

Ok, I will rephrase the question:

How much resources, e.g Disk & Bandwidth will you need for 15 MC players?

Regards,
Josh @ Quantum Kiwi

I was thinking about 5 GB HDD, about 5 mbit/s internet connection for lag-free experience. The reason I don't host the server is because my upload is 100 kbit/s only because my ISP screwed me.

What sort of access are you looking for? Web Console? RDP?
How many plugins are you looking to run with your CB? Are you wanting to run Dev Builds?
I'm sure I can work out some sort of deal with ya.

I've got two server boxes currently:
AMD A8 Quad Core, 32GB Ram, 128GB SSD
AMD 1090T Hex Core, 16GB Ram, 64GB SSD, 500GB HDD.

ISP: 150-65 mbit/s Up-Down
Located in Plano, Texas.

I'll be making a transition to Ubuntu on these servers soon. ;D

fabrizziop, how much do you want to pay per month? I have a server sitting here doing nothing, I can load it up with whatever you want. its a dual quad core with 8 gigs of ram.

what operating system would you like me to instal on it?

   Minimum requirements: (6-10 Players)
CPU : Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP 2000+ and better
        RAM : 1GB
HDD : 2GB empty space (5GB if you are doing frequent backups)
WAN : 4Mbps Upload, 2Mbps Download (Minecraft can barely, but still run on a 1Mbps Upload connection.)
Please note that Windows OSes uses more resource than UNIX-based OSes, be sure to allocate resources accordingly.

    Recommended requirements: (18-22 Players)
CPU : Intel Nehalem-Based CPUs or AMD K10-Based CPUs and better
        RAM : 2GB
        HDD : 15GB empty space
        WAN : 16Mbps Upload, 8Mbps Download

5 Mbs = +-1600 GB a month, when fully used 24 hours a day. So your looking at around +-800-2500 GB a month with 12 hours of active game time and depending on players/mods.

To bad I have no space on my shell servers atm on those it would average out around 2.5-5 Btc a month. (probably the price you should be looking at to get decent hosting in Europe.)

On servers I do have available I can give you these options:

4.00 Btc
HD: 40 GB
Trafic: 500 GB
Cpu: 2 * 2.3 Ghz
Memory: 2048 MB

5.00 Btc
HD: 40 GB
Trafic: 500 GB
Cpu: 2 * 2.3 Ghz
Memory: 4096 MB

5.50 Btc
HD: 80 GB
Trafic: 1000 GB
Cpu: 2 * 2.3 Ghz
Memory: 4096MB

OS: CentOS 6, Debian 6, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Hosted in Netherlands (Amsterdam), not flexible on traffic or HD space.

Price may change depending on exchange rate.
I can guarantee a minimum of 10 or 15 Mbs of bandwidth on the vps.

To be honest it's peak rate, as the server won't be full 24/7.

To all of you, thanks for the offers, but I chose someone sharing a piece of his server, 10 mbit both up and down, 6 GB ram, only for 10$ monthly.

Do you need Tekkit preinstalled?
