The bag is still sealed and was roasted on November 28 2012. The photo of the whole beans is indeed what the product looks like.
Bow Truss describes it as: "Wonderfully complex with a base of honey and chocolate, overlaid with a delicate citrus acidity and floral characteristic." We have had meetings with green mountain coffee and a few others but are these guys worth looking into? We are going for something decent and simple like a dunkin doughnuts blend to serve out of a trailer served by hot girls in bikinis.
